Lemon Pepper Chicken & Brie Flatbread Pizza

  • 1 gluten-free pizza crust
  • 2 Oz arugula
  • 1 pears , thinly sliced.
  • 1/4 Lb cooked. chicken breast with lemon-pepper seasoning.
  • 2 Oz Brie cheese
  • 4 Tbsp white . balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Preheat oven to 325 ℉. Starting with the Gluten Free pizza crust, add the ingredients n the order that they appear above. Bake the Pizza on a lightly oiled cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with Champagne grapes or fresh berries.
